Checkout friction doesn’t always come from user hesitation — sometimes the interface is the blocker.

The Challenge

Users wanted to complete their purchase — but the interface worked against them. EduKiwi School’s checkout flow stalled users at the final step. How might we redesign checkout to reduce friction and create a predictable, intuitive flow — without replacing legacy components?

The Solution

I reorganized the checkout into a predictable structure with clearer grouping, mandatory fields, and a persistent Summary Rail. Pricing, discounts, and the CTA are always visible, helping users complete their order with confidence.
